When will my order ship?
All Kookie Kits ship every Tuesday by courier (never Canada Post).
Orders placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM PST ship the following Tuesday.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your kit leaves the kitchen.
Do the cookies stay fresh?
Yes! Each cookie and icing bag is heat-sealed for freshness.
You can store your kit at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or freeze it for up to 3 months.
Can I choose a shipping date?
Yes — when you add your kit to cart, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred Tuesday.
This lets you plan ahead for birthdays, holidays, or special events.
Can I send a Kookie Kit as a gift?
Absolutely!
Just add a gift note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten message inside the box.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At this time, The Kookie Kit ships within Canada only.
What’s included in each kit?
Each Kookie Kit includes everything you need to decorate six cookies:
- 6 pre-baked sugar cookies
- 4–5 coloured royal icing bags
- 1 scribe tool
- Piping practice sheet and recipes
- Step-by-step video decorating tutorial
What are the ingredients?
Ingredients include: sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, flour, icing sugar, meringue powder, clear corn syrup, butter vanilla emulsion, gel food colouring.
Can I order a gluten free kit?
At this time we are not offering a gluten free option but hope to in the very near future if we see the demand for this grow. If you are interested in gluten free, please email thekookiekit@kelownakookies.ca and we'll add you to the list for when they become available.
Can I book a private cookie decorating class instead?
Yes!
