This website is operated by The Kookie Kit. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Kookie Kit. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”).

Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Products and Services
All Kookie Kits are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance or colour from photos shown online.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders placed for any reason, including supply limitations or suspected misuse.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped every Tuesday via courier (never Canada Post).
Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM (PST) ship the following Tuesday.
Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 1–5 business days.
The Kookie Kit is not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by the courier or incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of the product, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled or a package is confirmed lost in transit.

Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photos, and information on this site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or complete.
If an error occurs (for example, a typo or incorrect price), we reserve the right to correct it and update your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment and Billing
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include courier shipping. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.
