All Kookie Kits are handmade to order and shipped every Tuesday by courier to ensure freshness and reliability.
I do not ship via Canada Post.

Order Cut-Off Dates

Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM (PST) will ship the following Tuesday.
Any orders placed after this time will automatically roll into the next week’s shipment.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by trusted local and national couriers to ensure your cookies arrive safe, fresh, and on time.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the kitchen.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I am not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather or courier delays beyond my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of your Kookie Kit.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your Kookie Kit arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me at thekookiekit@kelownakookies.ca within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos if applicable, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

At this time, The Kookie Kit ships within Canada only.

Freshness Guarantee

Each Kookie Kit is heat-sealed and carefully packed to preserve freshness during transit.
Kits can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks (place icing bags in fridge), or frozen for up to 3 months if you’d like to save them for a later date.
